All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, your order will ship the following 1-3 business days.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will work with you to send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier has proof of delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Please contact us if your package has not arrived or if you received damaged merchandise.
